Schools can utilize this portal to keep track of their student's grades, achievements, and progress. Additionally, they can make orders, keep track of order and project progress, and connect with us and donors. Schools can utilize the portal to mark attendance of students, build student records (results, leaving certificate records etc.). Basically, this portal acts like a data keeping and resources platform for schools.

School Selection Criteria

गरीब व गरजू शाळेतील विद्यार्थ्याना योग्य मदत करणे हा टच अ लाईफ फॉउंडेशनचा उद्देश आहे. यासाठी शाळा निवडताना काही नियम, अटी आणि मर्यादा आखल्या आहेत ज्यामुळे योग्य शाळांचीच निवड होऊ शकेल.
(The Traceable Giving Foundation's mission is to help poor and needy students. There are certain rules, conditions, and limitations in selecting schools for this so that only the right schools can be selected.)
  1. शाळा दुर्गम, डोंगराळ, आदिवासी अथवा ग्रामीण विभागातील असावी, ही मुख्य अट आहे.
    (The main condition is that the school should be in remote, hilly, tribal or rural areas.)
  1. जर शाळा वरील अट पूर्ण करत नसेल तर त्या शाळेतील किमान ७०% विद्यार्थी आर्थिक दुर्बल गटातील असणे आवश्यक आहे.
    (If the school does not meet the above conditions, then at least 70% of the students in that school must be in the economically weaker section.)
  1. शाळेत पाचवी ते दहावी, किंवा आठवी ते दहावी एक तुकडी असावी.
    (There should be a fifth to tenth grade in a school.)
  1. पुर्ण शाळेची साधारण पटसंख्येची मर्यादा २५० असावी.
    (The total enrollment limit of the entire school should be less than 250.)
  1. कृपया आपण आमची ईआरपी प्रणाली आणि मायक्रो वेबसाइट नियमितपणे वापरत असल्याची पुष्टी करा. ईआरपी / मायक्रो वेबसाइटनुसार विद्यार्थ्यांचे अद्ययावत नोंदी, उपस्थिती, निकाल, प्रमाणपत्रे आणि इतर माहिती ठेवणे आवश्यक आहे. आमच्या कार्यक्रमात सहभाग घेण्याची ही एक अत्यावश्यक गरज आहे.
    (Please confirm that you regularly use our ERP system and micro website. It is requires to keep up-to-date student's records, attendance, results, certificates and other information. This is a mandatory to participate in our program.)
