What we started:

Identified high drop-out rates in rural Maharashtra
Began supporting 10 schools
Distributed books manually to students
The TGF education mission was born

Bringing Transparency & Technology

2018 – Bringing Transparency & Technology

What improved:

Launched QR-code based transparent donation system
Delivered book sets to 2,966 students in 24 schools
Conducted Health Camps for 543 students in 5 schools
Introduced the first Smart School ERP system

Smart Schools Growing

2019 – Smart Schools Growing

What expanded

Upgraded Smart School ERP with micro websites for all schools
Added student attendance & promotion automation
“Books for Change” reached 2,997 students in 32 schools
Teacher training conducted in Pune for 30 teachers

Technology Access & Science Labs

2020 – Technology Access & Science Labs

What we built:

Installed computers in 2 schools
Built a large Science Lab & Library in Yedgoan village

→ Used by 5 nearby schools
→ Impacted 700+ students

Books for Change expanded to 3,546 students in 47 schools

Supporting Students During the Pandemic

How we helped:

Set up 6 e-learning classrooms during COVID
Supported online education for 1,000+ students
Continued Books for Change for 1,171 students in 21 schools

Rapid E-Learning Acceleration

Major achievements:

Built 13 new digital classrooms & computer labs
Books for Change for 2,200 students in 34 schools
Trained teachers to use digital classrooms
Strengthened ERP learning for rural teachers

Built another 13 e-learning classrooms & labs
Books for Change helped 2,311 students in 37 schools
Delivered science lab equipment & computer books
Launched Brighter Tomorrow to support 11 rural girls
Started yearly maintenance for all digital classrooms & labs

Delivered Digital Syllabus (Std. 5–10) to 38 schools
Books for Change for 1,280 students in 35 schools
Completed 13 more digital classrooms
